I tried and tried, but Siri told me the same story again and again. She's a 1 trick pony, I'm afraid.

I think you will kick her ass in a story slam from here to Sunday.

But how many Thai restaurants are in a 6 mile radius of me right now? Do you know? Siri does.
(I was going to ask about bars, but I was afraid to find out you might actually know how many bars are in a 6 mile radius! :O)

So, just so that you are all aware, I cooked it a little too long, so the meat was dry, but the flavors were delicious, and when I soaked it in the excess juices-- really scrumptious!

we stick them in cold water, and at the boil, cover, turn off the stove, and set timer for 10 minutes. When timer rings, run pot under cold water.
